Judy Williams obtained her master's degree from the University of Louisiana, Monroe, in clinical mental health. She is a licensed professional counselor working with children, adolescents and adults experiencing mental health issues such as depression, substance use, anxiety and many other chronic mental health conditions.
Judy combines her twenty-five years of experiences in the teaching profession with cognitive behavioral and person-centered therapies to help children, adolescents, young adults and adults achieve their mental health goals. She has worked as a private counselor, an acute care inpatient counselor and an intensive outpatient counselor and often uses a systems approach to mental health counseling.
