Please understand the Pfizer vaccine is administered in TWO doses. You MUST return for your second appointment in order for the vaccine to be effective. We will schedule your second visit at the time of your first visit.
The Johnson & Johnson vaccine is one shot only.
***Although the vaccine itself is free, there is a small administration fee we have to charge. This fee will be either billed to the patient’s private insurance company OR billed to the uninsured fund. The patient will not be responsible for any copay, deductible, or fee.
