<image:caption>Stigma in mental health prevents many people from reaching out for help because they feel ashamed, judged by others, or think they will be treated differently. My goal for each patient is to feel empowered to seek treatment for their mental illness in a stigma-free environment. I am a dual-licensed, board-certified Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner. I am passionate about helping people with their mental health journey. I have worked with ages 6-100+. I can assess, diagnose, and treat patients for a wide range of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, Bipolar, Schizophrenia and more. I use an evidenced-based guideline approach to treatment blended with clinical experience. I believe in creating an individualized plan of care that values each patient’s involvement. The office setting for behavioral health at Arbor Family Health is handicapped accessible with a separate entrance. Office hours are 8am-4:30pm, Monday - Friday.</image:caption>

Jeremy likes to focus on detection and prevention of a wide variety of conditions such as diabetes and hypertension and uses a variety of testing methods to detect common cancers such as breast, cervical, colon and prostate cancer. In addition to preventive visits, Jeremy treats infections, colds, flu, ear, nose and throat problems, rashes, and pain and is a first stop in problems concerning behavioral health. Jeremy believes that while having a healthy body is important, so is a healthy mind. Many people struggle with problems such as depression, insomnia, anxiety, ADHD, anger problems, mood disorders and drug addiction. These problems are difficult for many people to talk about and what is discussed at a behavioral health visit, or any Arbor Family Health visit, is strictly confidential.</image:caption>
